Ce syst\u00e8me appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0le Boulot\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019appuyait sur des fiches plut\u00f4t que sur un enseignement magistral classique. L\u2019adulte responsable pouvait ainsi accorder toute son attention au cheminement individuel de chacun des gar\u00e7ons. Un nombre significatif de t\u00e9moins de notre enqu\u00eate ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 cette m\u00e9thode (d\u00e9laiss\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 1980). Comme beaucoup de pensionnaires de Boscoville, qui avaient auparavant \u00e9prouv\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes dans le milieu scolaire r\u00e9gulier, ils ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 cette m\u00e9thode gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 laquelle ils ne se sentaient pas d\u00e9nigr\u00e9s. Or l\u2019approche ne fut pas miraculeuse.
